Jim and Shad dedicate most of this episode to the arrest of Heather and Charles Maude of South Dakota. The Maudes are a young couple with two small children. They operate a ranch in South Dakota and have been harrassed and now arrested over a fence that has been in the same place since 1906. Many in the community believe this is an intimidation tactic, and land grab by the U.S. Forest Service.
